QUICK PRO TRONE Ⅱ: RSTRI RC × Titanium TC-4 Integrated Cockpit

A complete cockpit solution combining the RSTRI RC carbon aerobar with the Titanium TC-4 3D-printed titanium integrated riser, bringing complex geometry, rider-specific fit and clean front-end integration into one system.

Titanium 3D printing enables geometries beyond the practical limits of conventional CNC machining.

TC-4 uses the geometric freedom of metal additive manufacturing to create complex surfaces, spatial structures and highly integrated forms for bike-specific and rider-specific cockpit solutions.

BUILD OVERVIEW

A complete cockpit solution combining the RSTRI RC carbon aerobar with the Titanium TC-4 3D-printed titanium integrated riser, bringing complex geometry, rider-specific fit and clean front-end integration into one system.

TC-4 is more than an interface between the bike and the aerobar. Compared with conventional subtractive CNC machining, titanium 3D printing provides greater freedom for complex surfaces, spatial structures and integrated geometries.

This approach is particularly suited to cockpit components that must combine a specific bike interface with rider-specific Stack, Reach, aerobar angle and overall form. Connections that might otherwise require multiple spacers or adapters can be integrated into a cleaner structural solution.

Paired with the RSTRI RC, the natural titanium finish creates a distinctive contrast with carbon while allowing the engineering itself to become part of the bike’s visual identity.

01 / CHALLENGE

A triathlon cockpit is not simply about attaching an aerobar. Bike interfaces, rider Stack and Reach, aerobar angle, armrests, computer placement and cable clearance all affect the final structure. Multiple conventional adapters can solve compatibility issues but increase part count, interface layers and visual complexity.

02 / SOLUTION

Titanium TC-4 uses additive manufacturing to bring the bike interface, target cockpit geometry and RSTRI RC mounting requirements into one structural design. Without the same cutting-tool access constraints as conventional CNC, additive manufacturing enables complex surfaces and spatial forms that can be difficult or inefficient to machine traditionally.

TC-4 can be configured around the actual bike and rider requirements, including Stack, Reach and aerobar angle, then integrated with the RSTRI RC, armrests and computer position.

The goal is not to add another adapter, but to make the adapter disappear into the architecture of the cockpit.

Why titanium 3D printing

- Greater geometric freedom.
- Better suited to rider-specific, low-volume customization.
- Structure, mounting interfaces, clearances and external form can be designed together.

COMPATIBILITY

Match TC-4 to the exact bike interface and target cockpit geometry. Confirm model/interface, Stack, Reach, aerobar angle, armrest and computer positions and cable clearance.

INSTALLATION

The cockpit is safety-critical; use the specified hardware, procedures and torque values, with final inspection by a qualified mechanic recommended.
