SCOTT Plasma 6 Tri: RSTRI RC × Titanium TC-4 × BTS
A complete triathlon setup combining the RSTRI RC carbon aerobar with the Titanium TC-4 3D-printed titanium integrated riser, customized around rider-specific Reach, Stack and aerobar angle, with BTS rear hydration completing the long-distance system.
Titanium 3D printing enables complex, highly integrated cockpit geometries beyond the practical limits of conventional CNC machining.
BUILD OVERVIEW
A complete triathlon setup combining the RSTRI RC carbon aerobar with the Titanium TC-4 3D-printed titanium integrated riser, customized around rider-specific Reach, Stack and aerobar angle, with BTS rear hydration completing the long-distance system.
The SCOTT Plasma 6 Tri monoriser provides a clear structural foundation for cockpit customization, but the rider’s final position is defined by much more than the aerobar itself.
Titanium TC-4 connects the RSTRI RC to the original SCOTT front end as a rider-specific structural component rather than a generic spacer.
Metal additive manufacturing reduces the geometric constraints associated with conventional cutting-tool access, enabling complex surfaces, spatial transitions and integrated forms that may be difficult or inefficient to machine traditionally.
This allows TC-4 to translate target Reach, Stack and aerobar angle into the physical cockpit structure, creating a complete system around the rider rather than simply adapting one component to another.
BTS rear hydration extends the solution for long-distance racing without distracting from the rider-specific cockpit architecture at the front.

01 / CHALLENGE
A monoriser triathlon cockpit must resolve the bike interface, Reach, Stack, aerobar angle, armrest position, computer placement and cable clearance simultaneously. Generic spacer stacks can provide compatibility, but often add interfaces and limit how precisely the complete cockpit geometry can be built around an individual rider.
02 / SOLUTION
Define the rider’s target Reach, Stack and aerobar angle first, then design the Titanium TC-4 around those requirements.
Titanium additive manufacturing allows the SCOTT interface, target geometry and RSTRI RC mounting structure to be considered within one integrated component, with greater freedom for complex surfaces and spatial transitions than conventional tool-access-dependent machining.
The goal is not to add another adapter, but to integrate the connection into the architecture of the cockpit itself.
COMPONENTS

COMPATIBILITY
Confirm the exact SCOTT Plasma interface, target Reach, Stack and aerobar angle, armrest position, computer/cable clearance and BTS mounting interface. TC-4 specifications should be based on the actual bike and rider cockpit targets.
INSTALLATION
Follow all specified hardware and torque requirements and use professional installation for safety-critical cockpit components.
